To minimise wastage and keep a transparent process, all pieces are made to order unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Once payment has been received, orders ship within 7–14 working days.

SHIPPING

MARISPYPER STUDIOS ships worldwide.
All parcels include a tracking number.

Germany: 2–3 business days
EU: 2–5 business days
UK: 3–7 business days
Rest of the World: 5–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Actual transit times are outside of our control.

Shipping costs
Germany: Free standard delivery with tracking
EU/Europe: €15.00 standard delivery with tracking
UK: €20.00 standard delivery with tracking
Rest of the World: €35.00 standard delivery with tracking

Orders ship from Germany with DHL or UPS.
International deliveries may take longer due to customs procedures.
We cannot ship to PO boxes.

DUTIES & TAXES

Within the EU: Orders are shipped delivery duty paid.
According to § 19 UStG, we do not charge VAT and therefore do not show VAT in the final price (Kleinunternehmerregelung).

Outside the EU: Shipping rates do not include customs duties or import taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for non-personalised items.

Custom-made / personalised pieces (e.g. made to the customer’s measurements or with requested individual changes) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

This does not affect statutory rights in case of defects.

How to start a return
Email: design@marispyperstudios.com within 14 days of receiving the items.

You can choose between two options:

1. Use our prepaid return label. If you use our label, we deduct the label cost from your refund.

2. Arrange your own return. You cover the shipping cost directly and keep the proof of postage.

Please send back the goods within 14 days from the day you notified us of the withdrawal.

Germany: €5
EU: €15
Rest of the World: €25

Condition requirements
Items must be unworn with all original labels attached.
Please use the original packaging if possible. If that is not available, choose suitable packaging that protects the item in transit.

Refunds
When you exercise your right of withdrawal, we refund the cost of standard delivery of your original order.
Supplementary charges for non-standard delivery such as express are not refundable.

Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.

Faulty items
Returns of faulty goods are free of charge.
Please contact design@marispyperstudios.com with photos before sending the item back.
